Featuring 22.5k closed tandem SAF Holland spring ride axles under a 102" width bed, our tender tank trailers come standard with a 24 inch king pin, two aluminum steps with handrails, as well as careful caulking of all mating surfaces to ensure extended reliability and to prevent rust. Furthermore, instead of common clear tanks that invite sunlight in, our tender trailers come with black plastic liquid tanks that blocks light from penetrating the tank, which helps prevent algae and the growth of microbes. Customers also appreciate the robust 16.5" by 7" color coded brakes, as well as the midship turn signals and 16 ply DOT tires and wheels. And because we're sticklers for safety, we topped it all off with rubber mounted LED lights and DOT approved tape, which enhances visibility at night and reduces mishaps on the road and on the job site.

With a beam rating of 50,000 lbs. per 10 feet, our main beams are comprised of 6" x 8.2# structural C channel side rails, 4" x 3.2# 80,000 yield jr. I-beam on 16" center cross members, a 2" x 3/8" flat steel rub rail, 3/8” x 5” high grade 100,000 yield steel flange and a 1/4” high grade 100,000 yield steel web.

Decking for our liquid tender trailers features continuous length, 1 1/8" x 7" Apitong flooring with a 19.5" transition drop between decks.

While most are satisfied with the above, many customers enjoy our various customization options, and they love the fact that they can tailor their liquid tender trailer precisely to their exact need. Starting with air ride suspension when simple springs aren't up to task, we can also install ABS on both axles for the ultimate in secure, comfortable transport. Tank options include Den Hartog ends and center drain tanks with 2350, 2750 and 3250 gallons, as well as Enduraplas center drains on 2800 and 3200 tanks, in addition to front and rear ladders for 3250 gallon tanks. Furthermore, we can also add three storage bins or toolboxes on both the drivers and passenger sides, for a total of six useful additions -- which cuts down on the need for support vehicles when you're in the middle of a job.

For those more inspired by aesthetics, we also offer hub piloted aluminum rims, as well as custom paint colors such as red, gray, white or blue.
