Three Plumbing Packages: Basic, Deluxe, and Premier

Basic: Fittings, hose, and valves for plumbing from both tanks. The fill bank valve cluster is located on deck.

Deluxe: The Basic Plumbing Package plus a 3" John Blue Pump with 13 HP Honda engine, a four-port inductor cone with plumbing for hose reel or boom arm and an oval gear meter - no calibration needed, no matter what liquid you are using.

Premier: DEMCO® Premier Plumbing Package with Dura FastBatch™ DI Spray Fill System automates chemical batching and mixing. Inject up to four products at once and reduce fill times by up to 75%!

• Automated Tank Batch Loading with Built-In Pump Assist: Load water directly using the DEMCO liquid tender trailer pump —no external pump required. Pump and valve controls allow precise, preset tank filling to prevent overfilling and improve load accuracy.
• Integrated Trailer Power System with In-Field Charging: A single onboard battery consistently powers the entire system, including mixing, metering, valves, and 12V trailer accessories. The system charges during transport, eliminating the need for separate or external charging setups.
• Built-In Air Blowdown System for Faster Cleanout: Clears product from all plumbed lines, including the integrated mixing system, reducing waste and improving cleanout speed while making hoses easier to handle.
