Experience Requirements

Knowledge/Experience:

  • Basic computer knowledge, specifically word processing
  • Multi-tasking and time management skills required
  • Must be detail oriented, personable, and assertive
  • Must have organizational skills
  • Excellent phone and communication skills necessary
  • Must have friendly, positive attitude

Responsibilities

Primary Duties:

  • Responsible for answering all outside phone calls as first priority
  • Distribute calls to people on the basis of who is best qualified with that product
  • To develop a working knowledge of products
  • Mail out invoices, outgoing mail and packages through US Mail
  • Distribute incoming mail to the appropriate departments
  • Miscellaneous filing duties
  • Other jobs as assigned
