Assembly/Finisher (Day Shift)

Employment Type: Full Time

Work Hours: 6am – 4:30pm (Monday – Thursday), Fridays as needed

    • Ability to bend and crawl under trailers
    • Able to read and use measuring tools accurately
    • Be safety minded
    • Attention to detail and a high standard of quality
    • Must comply to ISO 9001 required policies
    • Must be a team player who can work effectively in a team environment
    • Good interpersonal, verbal communication and active listening skills
    • Willingness and ability to learn and perform other jobs
    • Able to lift 50 pounds occasionally and push/pull 100 pounds occasionally


    • Assemble according to print directions, including tires, tarps, hydraulics, stickers, etc.
    • Able to find, print and understand shop orders, customer orders and engineers’ drawings
    • Able to use a hoist or crane and know the correct procedures to operate it
    • Attend all required safety training
    • Conscientious of following procedures and keeping accurate records
    • Mentor and train other employees
    • Complete jobs on a timely and consistent basis
    • Work as a team and be self-motivated to work independently
    • Actively look for new and improved ways to do things
    • Meet reasonable production goals
    • Maintain a safe work environment
