As our Sales Manager for RV Products and Trailer Components, Doug manages our sales team across North America. With his years of experience Doug is ready, willing, and able to work with all of our customers and sales team members to sell and represent Demco RV Products and Trailer Components.

High energy is the best way to describe Josh. His previous experiences bring both mechanical and technical knowledge to the team. Josh is not afraid to dig into the issues and get them taken care of in a timely and professional manner. You can be assured that if there’s an answer, Josh will find it.
Brad joined Demco in 1988 and is known as the “ voice of Demco” Brad had a prior career in Radio broadcasting. This experience has given him the duty of recording our on hold messaging system along with the responsibilities of narrating any of the Demco promotional videos as they are developed. From these duties Brad is often found on the road traveling from coast to coast with the Demco RV sales & service trailer, attending many retail or wholesale trade shows.
Coming from a background of RV dealership experience as a technician and parts department manager, Easton brings knowledge and passion to this position as a Demco territory manger. Easton may be doing a technical training one day and then helping customers sell our product the next. Easton manages our sales for northern California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah and northern Nevada delivering experience and knowledge to his customer base.
Jeff joined Demco in July 2017 with over 25 years in the truck accessory industry where he worked in manufacturing, marketing and sales. That experience makes Jeff a valuable asset to his customers with his complete understanding of how product gets to market successfully. A native Iowan, Jeff covers Colorado, southern Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas and Missouri in his role as territory manager.
Joining Demco in the fall of 2017, Adam has many years in the RV and trailer business. You can catch him on the road in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana helping our Trailer products and RV customers. Whether it’s knowing what size ball coupler works on which trailer or what 5th wheel hitch can suit a customer’s needs, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge in product experience.
Mike joins the team with over 20 years of RV retail management experience. With his broad range of expertise in the RV industry Mike will bring a truly consultative relationship to his customers. From RV towing to trailer components, Mike is able to assist his customers with an unmatched expertise across product lines. Mike can be found meeting with customers in the states of Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan and Kentucky. Mike and his family live outside of Cleveland, OH and he is a lifelong native of Ohio.
Craig joined the Demco team in February 2019 after years in the truck accessory and towing business. Craig’s passion is working with his customers and building relationships that will benefit his wholesale customers and the end user. He lives on the banks of Lake Erie and, along with his wife, loves to travel and camp in their motorhome. Craig covers from South Carolina up to Maine calling on and assisting Demco customers.
Jeremy came to Demco in 2017 as part of our acquisition of SMI Braking systems where he served as a technical trainer and sales team member. Prior to taking over the Southeast territory as our Sales Territory Manager, Jeremey served as the Demco National Technical trainer from 2017 to early 2022. Jeremy has the technical expertise and the customer focused attitude that serves his territory very well. Jeremy is a proud veteran of the US Air Force and is home based with his wife and family in Tennessee.
Daniel joins the Demco team from a background in sales and customer service. His years of experience in the retail tire business helped Daniel understand that building relationships with his customers and taking care of the details matter most in walking alongside our customers in the S.W. territory. An RV’er, Daniel, knows not only the products related to towing but also what makes Demco products beneficial for our wholesale and retail customers. A native of Lake Havasu, Arizona, Daniel makes his home in the Phoenix area with his fiancée and three dogs. You can find Daniel on the road in Southern California, Las Vegas, Arizona, and New Mexico.
