		LIL' THUMPER GROUND DRIVEN PUMPS Lil' Thumper piston pumps can be mounted on most trailer sprayers and will adapt to other application equipment. Ground wheel drive assures accurate rate of application regardless of speed. Rate is easily set by dial pointer. Available with manually operated throw-out clutch, hydraulic clutch, or 12 volt electric clutch. Color coded reinforced synthetic valves with stainless steel springs and retainers. Stainless steel cage type valves virtually eliminate sticking and leaking and are easily serviced. All parts in contact with solution are various types of reinforced synthetic materials and stainless steel for unequaled corrosion resistance and years of service. Two self tightening stack-packing glands and drive case seal, with drain between, provide excellent crankcase protection. Single piston pump has 7.35 GPM output at 100 RPM full stroke. Double piston pump has 14.7 GPM output at 100 RPM full stroke. Maximum RPM 210. Maximum operating pressure 100 PSI. Recommended pressure of 20-40 PSI. Injection molded case is made of durable Dupont Rynite to resist corrosion from agricultural chemicals and clear liquid fertilizer. Eccentric drive system permits a variable application rate. Eccentrics are specially machined 4140 steel bearing material. Case bolts, washers and nuts are stainless steel to resist corrosion. 		UNIVERSAL MOUNTED METERING PUMPS & DRIVES The DEMCO Multi-Hose Metering Pump will adapt to planters when tailor-made mountings are not available. They adapt to various types of tillage equipment, such as chisel plows or cultivators. Pumps are available with 4, 6 or 8 (1/2" hose barb) outlets. Available with 3/8", 1/2" or 5/8" metering hoses to meet various rate applications. Ground wheel drive assures accurate rate of application regardless of speed. Rate per acre is controlled by moving the roller in and out on the pump cylinder wheel. Further rate per acre adjustment can be made by sprocket changes on your choice of drive assembly. Rollers are equipped with corrosion resistant nylon bearings. NOTE: Drive units must be ordered separately.
