		BRAKE ACTUATORS Actuators G.V.W.R. ranging from 6,000 - 25,000 lbs. Actuator mountings include standard 3" and 50? A-Frame mountings. 25,000 lb. actuators are 5th wheel mounting style. 10,000 - 25,000 lb. actuators use U.H.M.W. linings to eliminate rollers. 5,000 - 7,500 lb. incorporate heavy duty self-lubricating rollers. Air-tight diaphragm in master cylinder cap, completely seals braking system from moisture and dirt contamination. Emergency break-away lever with easy cable hookup and reset. 		BRAKE CLUSTERS Demco brake clusters feature mounting interchangeability with most major brands of clusters. No need to modify axle or mounting flange. Three sizes of brake clusters are available, 10", 12", and 13". 10" brake clusters are available in free-backing, self-adjusting uni-servo, uni-servo and duo-servo. 12" brake clusters are available in free-backing and uni-servo. Both 10" and 12" clusters can be ordered painted or galvanized for marine use. 13" brake clusters come either uni-servo or free-backing and only painted. Bolt mounting pattern for 10" cluster is either 4" on 4" or 4" on 3.96". Bolt mounting pattern for 12" cluster is 5" on 3.875". Bolt mounting pattern for 13" cluster is 4" on 4.50". 		BRAKE DRUMS 10" and 13" brake drums are available from Demco. Inventory of 10" drums for Sealed Bearing Hubs, 5 on 115mm bolt pattern available for immediate delivery. Integral 10" Hub & Drum combination with 5 on 4.5" bolt pattern are supplied with bearings, seals and dust cap. They are designed for 1.250" brake flange set back. 2 choices of 13" brake drums available through Demco. Either the flat or offset drums are designed for 16-22" wheels. 		BRAKE LINE KITS Demco Line Kits are manufactured, assembled and packaged to meet the highest quality standards. Single and Tandem Solid Axle Kits with various length lines can be packaged upon request. Single and Tandem Torsion Axle Line Kits with various line lengths can be requested also. Line construction is of fusion brazed, annealed and tempered, automotive grade SAEJ527 steel tube. Automotive grade hose assemblies are included in the premium brake line kits.
