- Designed to meet the requirements of small acreage spraying.
- Vertical and horizontal breakaway minimizes needless wear and
tear. Eliminates the lashing associated with a chain boom.
- All hose is 1/2" E.P.D.M. chemical resistant rubber.
- Demco's Truss-T boom is available on 110, 150 and 300 gallon trailer
sprayers and 55, 85, 110 and 150 gallon rear mounts. (Feeder lines
not included).
NOTE: 21', 28' & 30' booms are partially
preassembled. 40' boom is shipped unassembled.

- Heavy duty truss framework eliminates boom wing lashing.
- The boom is made of 1 1/4" heavy wall tubing and 1" tubing on
the wing extensions.
- Vertical and horizontal breakaway on the boom wings.
- Boom neatly folds to the rear for 10' transport width.
- All booms are complete with 3/4" high volume plumbing and
drip free diaphragm check nozzles spaced at 20".
- Skids on both ends of boom to protect tips. Wheel assisted tip
protectors are optional.
- Feeder lines not included.
NOTE: Booms are unassembled. Factory set-up is available.
NOTE: Demco optional flotation boom mount (DBFT) is recommended
for truss boom.

- Compact Boom: Overall sprayer length (from sprayer frame of boom)
is very close and compact for better weight distribution of the
entire sprayer.
- Boom is standard with AUTO-LEVEL and SHOCK & SPRING FLOTATION
system.
- Reinforced hinges for spraying at faster speeds and through rougher
field condtitions.
- Heavy duty boom latches at folding joints.
- Boom wings and wing extensions are constructed of 1-1/4" heavy
wall tubing.
- Spring loaded breakaway. Simple maintenance. Easy to reach grease
zerks. FEWER MOVING PARTS.
- Rear fold boom, all horizontal folding hinges. Less chance of
chemical exposure than booms that fold vertically.
- All booms are available with 3/4" high volume plumbing and
drip free diaphragm check nozzles spaced at 20".
- Transport width 45' and 50' boom (11').
- Transport width 60' boom (13' 10").

- The Hydraulic X-Fold Boom requires two sets of remote outlets
and has auto level ride and shock-spring flotation.
- Spring loaded cable ride for cushioning and less swing.
- Hydraulic boom wing leveling.
- Wings fold independently.

- Easy access to 3-point pins and hydraulic hook-ups.
- Available in three versions: 3-point tractor mount, trailer mount,
or rear mounted tank unit.
- Transport width is10' 8".
- Transport height is 11' 9" (At a 20" spraying height).
- Booms are available with 3/4" high volume plumbing and
TeeJet® drip free
diaphragm check nozzles spaced at 20".
- Trailer mounts include hydraulic height adjuster (24" travel).
NOTE: Factory set-up is standard.
Wings may be removed for shipping. Freight
shipments require crating charge.

- The Hydraulic Front Fold Boom requires
one remote outlet.
- A hydraulic accumulator is used to
achieve a smooth ride with minimal shock.
- Optional hydraulic boom wing leveling.
Requires a second hydraulic remote outlet.
- Center pivot with rubber dampeners
levels the boom ride with less friction
& slide.
- Outer wing breakaway.
- Spray tips are protected behind the boom
instead of being mounted below it.
- Choose either TeeJet® single or triple
drip free diaphragm check nozzles.
- 48" height adjustment is available
(14" to 62" or 18" to
66").
- Transport width (9' 6").
- Front fold booms are factory assembled.

- A nitrogen charged accumulator system
combined with hydraulic leveling linkage to
soften the ride.
- Only one set of remote outlets is
required.
- Standard configuration is for latent
hydraulic control.
- Optional live hydraulic control is
available. (Tractor hydraulic specifications
required).
- Recommended 88" minimum wheel
spacing. Boom warranty is void on units with
wheel spacing less than 88".
- Transport width is 12'6".
- Hydraulic height adjust, wing leveling and
outer wing breakaway.
- Lighting system consists of two 4"
red lights for added road safety. Complete
kit includes wire harness and 7-pin
connector.
- Complete with 3/4" high volume
plumbing and diaphragm check nozzles spaced
at 20".
- Front fold booms are factory assembled.
